Elliott's Bapistism

On July 16, we had Elliott Baptised at my hometown church/chapel. It is my parents church and the church Jeff and I got married in. We had a small intimate baptism with a few family members because of this we had the baptism in the churches chapel.

All of our kids are so blessed to have amazing godparents. When choosing Elliott's we choose my parents. Not only do they love Elliott, like all of our kids grandparents they would do ANYTHING for her, and they are also an excellent example of our catholic faith. As many of you know my mom is fighting cancer, it was important to choose my mom as her godmother because we want E to know that her Nana has incredible faith, determination, and strength. (one of the reasons we had my brother as Harrison's godfather, he had recently found out he was in remission and also had incredible faith, determination, and strength) My father, Papa is the most amazing caregiver for my mother! He has been there with my mother for every step holding her hand. I want Elliott to have that example of unending love. Another neat thing about the baptism was Elliott's gown has been in our family for over 65 years. All of my mom's brothers, my mom, my brothers, myself, H, Aj, and countless cousins have worn that same gown.
