Harrison had his first hair cut on Saturday. He does not have a ton of hair but the hair he had was very uneven and long. Poor Harrison had a mullet.
Here is Harrison and Ty, the very nice man that cut his hair. We were told that he is good with kids and he was!
Ty gave Harrison a Safari cape, which was perfect for him.
Harrison kept staring at the lady next to him. She was getting highlights/foils and he was fascinated.
Harrison now looks like a handsome little boy!
Harrison at 12 months (I know this is a little late but we just went to the doctor last week) :
- Harrison weights 21.3lbs (27th percentile) and is 30” tall (50th percentile). He has only gained 0.3lbs since his 10 month check up which droped him from the 50% to his current 27%. The doctor was not that concerned. She said his level of activity has increase and in some cases this is expected. She did recommend that we stay on formula a little longer and slowly over the next month switch to whole milk.
- Harrison is a walker. He walks about 90% of the time. He loves his new independence.
- Harrison has 3 teeth.
- His favorite toys are books (and man does he love his books), Mickey Mouse, and his Fisher Price shopping chart.
- His favorite activities are Story Time, Bath Time, and Peek-A-Boo.
- Harrison’s favorite foods are turkey, cheese, strawberries, apples, carrots, and peas. Tonight I made macaroni and cheese and he could not eat is fast enough. The last time I made it he couldn't have cared less.
- He can say daddy, doggie (every animal is a dog), Mickey, yes, hat, up, and hi. He said cheese once for a picture, but hasn't repeated it so far.
- He signs milk, finish, eat.

What a big boy! It amazes me how much a haircut can change their looks!
P.S. It's best when teeth take longer to come in...be thankful!! (odds of decay drastically reduced!)
