Harrison Turns 3!

Harrison turned 3 on October 26. Here is his latest stats:
  • Harrison weighs 33 lbs (65%) and is 40 inches tall (91%)
  • Harrison's vocabulary is growing daily! He speaks more clearly and rarely jibber jabbers.
  • He loves roll playing. He will pretend to cook, drive a car, be a community helper (fireman, construction worker...)
  • He knows all of his letters and sounds.
  • He can count to 20 and can identify numbers 0-14.
  • He knows a few basic shapes (circle, square, star, square, triangle, rectangle).
  • Harrison knows all of his basic colors (red, blue, green, yellow, black...)
  • He loves to eat grilled cheese, hot dogs, mac and cheese, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, cereal bars, his dessert of choice is a cookie, and he loves to drink milk.
  • His favorite activities are art time, playing outside, and bath time.
  • Harrison's favorite toys are cars, trains, stuffed animals. He sleeps with about 6 to 8 stuffed animals (lovies) every night.
  • His favorite books are Click, Clack, Moo and any Eye Spy Book.
  • He has 16 teeth.
  • Harrison sleeps 7 pm to 7:30 am and rarely takes a nap (about 1or 2 a week, but he still lays down everyday for quiet time)
  • He still sleeps in a crib and will until he figures out that he can climb out! Jeff and I love the piece of mind that he is safe and sound in his crib. Plus he loves his crib..
  • He loves Avery. They interact and play together all the time. He just is not always willing to share his toys with her.
Harrison had a wonderful Birthday. He understood that he was turning 3. We woke up Harrison that morning to a bouquet of balloons and a stuffed animal.

Showing us that he is 3!

Avery got in on the action

Our present to H was a train table which Jeff had put together the night before.

AJ loved the balloons!

We all had farm animal chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast.

Harrison got his first delivery. Nana and Papa sent H balloons and a stuffed horse for his birthday. Harrison was so excited to get a delivery sent to the door.

Jeff met us at the mall for lunch and we took Harrison to Build-A-Bear where H picked out Shaggy Doggie.

That evening we headed to Chuck E. Cheese for pizza and games. Mimi, Great Grandma Lou, Aunt Jackie, and Uncle Brad met us there.

Followed by cake and a few present back at our house.
