All About Avery

Avery and Great Grandma Lou

Avery had her 9 month check up last week. It went good. In the next month we are going to slowly start taking her off of her acid reflux medication. She should be totally off of it by the time she is 1. She is a little behind on crawling and being able to sit up on her own from laying down. Other than that, she is perfect in every way!

All about Avery at 9 months:

• Avery is 18lb 7oz (42%) and 28" tall (56%). No longer under weight!!!
• You take 2 naps a day (1 hour in the morning and 1 1/2 hours in the afternoon).
• Avery you sleep from 7:30 pm to 7 am. You started sleeping in your own room at 7 months and at 8 months started sleeping through the night!!!
• You started taking a bottle!!!
• You are eating stage 2 food 3x a day.
• You prefer to be held by your momma and daddy. However, your stranger anxiety is getting better!
• You love to cuddle!
• Your gummy smile melts our hearts.
• You have 2 teeth. (bottom middle)
• You love playing with your stuff dog, balls, and any toy that you can cause to make noise.
• You love sitting up to watching Harrison and the dogs.
• Avery you roll over from you belly to back and back to belly.
• You wear 6-9 and a few 9-12 month clothing and you wear a size 3 diaper.
• You no longer have the Tucker Temper (thank you prevacid). You are a very happy baby.
• You love the song Old Mcdonald had a Farm and The Wheels on the Bus.
• You love taking a bath. You have become quite a little splasher.
• You love to be outside.
• You love to babble. You say momma, dadda, didi (bye -bye).
• You sign finish/all done and more (sometimes). You wave hello and good-bye.
• You love watching bubbles.
• Your favorite books are Who Do You Love and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do You See.
