Avery is 2 month old!

Avery is 2 months old (July 29). She had her appointment last week. It went pretty good. Over all she is great and hitting all of her developmental milestones. The doctor did discover a heart murmur that he said she should grow out of and that she has colic. She has always had an upset stomach (very gassy!). She threw a fit at the doctors office. He said that her cry led him to believe that she was in pain. So for now she is taking Mylicon drops and I am no longer eating dairy products. Hopefully, this will work otherwise the doctors' directions are to quit nursing and switch to a soy formula.


All about Avery at 2 months:

• You are 10lb 11oz (48%) and 23.25" tall (83%).
• You take 3 naps and sleeps about 8 1/2 hours at night (11pm-7:30am)
• You love to cuddle especially with daddy!
• Your gummy smiles melt our hearts.
• You love looking at your Whoozit and your mobile.
• When you are awake you prefer to be in your bouncy seat (your able to see Harrison better).
• You are now in your 0-3 month clothing and in a size 1 diaper.
• You have the Tucker Temper (but now we know why). If someone else is holding you and you start to cry they always hand you back to daddy or I. Your cry is so loud that it scares them!
• You love the song You Our My Sunshine and the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear.
• You love taking a bath (just not washing your hair).
• You love to be outside.
