We decide to take Avery back to the doctor last week. The crying (colic) seemed to be getting worse and we wanted to make sure that something else was not wrong. Well, the doctor remembered us! (Avery screamed the entire last appointment) We discovered that Avery had not gained any weight in the last 3 weeks (taking her from the 48% to the 30%). For about a week, Avery had been getting so upset in the evenings that she would refuse to eat. After evaluating her he decided that she had acid reflux. He has put her on some medicine and we go back in 2 weeks. It seems to be helping. We hope to get it figured out soon. She has such an amazing little personality and it really stinks that she has not been feeling well.
